I am sooooo late with this post! With work and life so busy (as usual), I must confess, I’ve been procrastinating on the blog. I’ve been wanting to enjoy weekends and road trips and so that’s what I did. I’m certain like many of you, staying indoors for all those months was tough, even for me, a natural homebody. Even homebodies have their limits! 😉 (more…)
Back in February, a representative from Thread Tank reached out to me for a collaboration. I had never heard of this company, so I looked them up. I discovered that they are an apparel company that creates graphic tops for women, men, and toddlers. Their tops display words and phrases that fit your mood and speak your story. When I first moved to Southern Maryland, I had no idea who Thomas Stone was either. However, I quickly learned that Thomas Stone was one of the 56 men who signed the Declaration of Independence. That is quite an accomplishment for a humble planter and lawyer. (more…)
It’s hard to believe Thanksgiving is next week! I’ve been in a festive mood since the beginning of November. I was at the mall and Hallmark was having a special on Christmas cards. I could not help myself, I purchased two boxes of cards knowing I would probably only need one. (more…)
