Shoespiration – Jessica Simpson Nikaye Block Heel Sandals

I am sooooo late with this post!  With work and life so busy (as usual), I must confess, I’ve been procrastinating on the blog.  I’ve been wanting to enjoy weekends and road trips and so that’s what I did.  I’m certain like many of you, staying indoors for all those months was tough, even for me, a natural homebody.  Even homebodies have their limits!  😉

So, I’m back and I will try to be more diligent about posting consistently.  Dad and I have had several photoshoots since the spring, but I haven’t had the chance or motivation to look through them yet…until this set.  It was the shortest set of pics, so I didn’t have to spend too much time picking the shots for this post.

Aren’t these Jessica Simpson sandals cute?!  The transparent straps caught my eye.  Clear heels are having a moment and I didn’t like the trend initially because it seemed so plain to me.  Who wants to look at feet?!  Wait, don’t answer that!  Being a shoe blogger, I get some interesting requests and can share some stories that would probably make for a scandalous blog post one day.  😉

However, I digress.  Back to these beautiful sandals.  I adore the pretty design that delicately adorns the top and bottom of the straps.  This design takes the plastic straps from ordinary to chic!  I had to have them and share with all of you.

The heels are quite comfortable at approximately 3.15 inches.  I’ve worn these several times already and have had no complaints.  They are at a great height and the block heels make them easy to walk in.  They are still available here and on sale at a deeply discounted price at the time of this post.  They come in black and yellow as well, if you prefer another color.

I paired them with a colorful outfit.  A pair of yellow shorts and an off-the-shoulder (OTS) top with a rainbow trim.  This outfit makes me feel like a sweet senorita.  😊

Have a wonderful new week and enjoy the pictures.  Next blog post will be published in the coming weeks.

Style with a Smile!

XoXo,

Lizzy
