The weekend we took these pics, my dad was dealing with a bad cold. He did not let on how sick he was until we were on our way to Western Maryland for this photo shoot. I felt awful and suggested we cancel the shoot, but my dad said he took medicine and was feeling better. So, we headed to Sideling Hill Road Cut (aka The Cut). (more…)

I initially went with red heels to match the denim dress I wore in this photo shoot. Coordinating red heels with blue attire is a common tendency of mine. I like having that pop of red. 🙂 Then, I opened my first delivery of Spring/Summer shoes a few weekends ago and set my eyes on the Marc Fisher Braelin sandals. The pink is even prettier in person! I could imagine wearing these sandals on a date. 🙂 They are so feminine. The braided details are eye-catching and add a nice texture to this shoe. (more…)
The weather was spectacular this weekend. It was the perfect weekend for taking blog pictures and indulging in a history adventure with my dad. We decided to check out the George Washington Birthplace National Monument. Perched on the banks of the Potomac River and Pope’s Creek, the locale was perfect for a photo shoot. (more…)
