I am a practicing Roman Catholic. So, imagine my curiosity and interest when my good friend from work, Anna, invited me and my dad to her son, David’s, Bar Mitvah at the Magen David Sephardic Congregation located in Rockville, Maryland.

WHAT THE HEEL?! A picture of me sans heels?! Life is full of surprises! 😉
What attracted me to these heels were the snake-embossed patent leather bands that crisscross the sandals. I thought they were pretty unique at the time of purchase in 2013. In classic black, I could already see dressing them up for the office or dressing them down with a pair of jeans.
