Lizzy’s Latest – BCBGeneration Darron Two-Tone Patent Pump
I don’t normally shop at DSW, but I had some time to spare one Saturday afternoon a few months ago. After half an hour of browsing, I came across the Darron pumps. The gold studs caught my eye. It was a style I had seen before and craved, but could never find in my usual shopping places. At the time, I thought I had found a hidden treasure and was ecstatic that they had my size! I tried them on and loved them. So, I scooped up the box and went straight to the register.
Later, I discovered the Darron pumps are actually an imitation of the Valentino Rockstud pumps. The Valentino pumps are beautiful too, but not in my budget. So, I am very happy with these knock offs.
The heel is perfect at approximately 3.5 inches. It is a pointed toe, but still comfortable. I also love the footbed. I walked around in these for several hours with no discomfort. The sole is leather and the pump is a mix of leather and faux patent leather all around.
The only minor annoyance is the double t-straps with adjustable buckles. They take a little longer to put on, but they are worthy of the extra time because they are so beautiful.
These pumps look great with ankle pants, skirts, dresses, and even shorts if you want to glam it up. Just make sure whatever you wear is short enough to reveal the edgy beauty of these heels.

If you like the Valentino heels and don’t want to pay full price, the Darron pumps are a great alternative. The pumps are so sexy and comfortable. I really love my pair!
