Lizzy’s Latest – Grace Karin Collaboration Conclusion

It’s been a long while…I know!  I apologize for my absence from the blog last month.  May was unusually busy for me.  I was in South Carolina the beginning of the month for my niece, Kristin’s, First Holy Communion.  I had a one week reprieve before heading up to New York City for my sister, Jeanette’s, graduate school graduation from Columbia University.  My little sister is an Ivy Leaguer.  🙂  I had another short reprieve before I was on the road again for a few days of rest and relaxation in Virginia Beach.  And before I knew it, May was gone.

I am back now and excited to share the conclusion of my Grace Karin collaboration.  Just to recap, a representative from Grace Karin contacted me about a fashion collaboration several months ago.  I had not heard of the company at that time, but quickly became interested after seeing so many beautiful dresses at inexpensive prices on their site.  I agreed to the collaboration and chose two dresses from their site.  The first dress I chose was a 50s retro dress that you can check out here

For the second dress, I wanted something current, but classic.  So, I chose this office inspired blue dress that will never go out of style.  However, I was concerned about the quality and fit given how inexpensive the dress retailed for, less than $20!

Fortunately, my concerns were pacified after I tried on the dress.  I was AMAZED!  This gorgeous blue dress fit like a glove and the material did not feel cheap at all!  I remember spinning around in this dress the first night I got it.  I felt so beautiful in it.  And the flare sleeves are an added touch of glam!  Grace Karin truly makes quality dresses at affordable prices!  I could not wait for the photo shoot.

The Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens provided a great backdrop for this shoot.  With so many flowers in bloom, it was the perfect location.  We found several spots at the gardens to take pictures of this look.

For this look, I was going for a boss babe vibe.  I paired the dress with White House Black Market strappy, navy blue stilettos and completed the look with a pop of red clutch.  I felt so confident and powerful in this look and I think it shows in the pictures.

I love this dress and I hope you like it too.  It’s still available for $12.50 with the promo code, FLARESLEEVE.  Link is here

I highly recommend Grace Karin.  Grace Karin is a leader in women’s fashion.  They offer quality and stylish attire at inexpensive prices.  Simple and stylish is their guiding principle and it is what I love about this brand.  Please, check it out.  You will not be disappointed!

Style with a Smile!  🙂
