Lizzy’s Latest – Steve Madden Fringly Sandals
If you’ve been reading my posts, you know my fling with fringe started with the Report Signature – Noemie T-Strap sandals. I was so in love with those heels and then the Steve Madden Fringly happened! Love at first sight…again! The colors are so gorgeous. Blue, purple, and yellow! Not to mention the traditional colors of black, taupe, and chestnut brown. I was soooo tempted to buy it in blue, but I ALWAYS seem to buy blue. So, I went out of my comfort zone and chose the yellow which is more of a yellowy-lime in person.
It is a round toe with a back zip closure. It has a suede upper with an approximately 4.75 inch heel. This heel is much higher than the Report Signature-Noemie T-Strap sandals (2.75 inch heel). If you recall, my only minor gripe about the Noemie is that the heel isn’t high enough for my vertically challenged height.
The Fringly resolves that issue. Though, I must admit, I was a little hesitant to get them because of the heel height. Fortunately, my concern was alleviated after trying them on and feeling comfortable in them. I was impressed and once broken in I could feel a bounce with each step. I realized this when I wore them to church on Saturday evening. After Mass, I was walking back to my car and I could feel the bounce propelling me forward with each step. Of course, it could have simply been the way I was walking to dramatize the swishy effect of the fringe. 😉
The heels are still available at Macy’s in all the colors I mention above, at least at the time of this post.
I highly recommend these sandals if you like height and sexiness. The heel and fringe exude hotness! However, if you’re not used to 4 inch +heels, these may not be the shoes for you. Just sayin’! 🙂

Do you think I could pull off the 4 inch plus heals? If I did not, definitely as well as you do! Nice to know blue is your fav color.

Hahaha…I think you could pull off anything if you put your mind to it…but you might want to leave the heels to me. 😉 Since we are on my favorite color…definitely add purple and pink to the mix too. 🙂
