One night several months ago, my dad was flipping channels and came across an episode of “What on Earth” (Season 5, episode 4 for those interested) featuring a ghost fleet of ships in Mallows Bay here in Southern Maryland. I just got back from a 4th of July getaway in Pensacola, FL. This was my first adventure since Christmas. I needed a break and some beach time. I had a lot of fun, was in good company, and hope to share this story on the blog one day. (more…)
Lizzy’s Latest Note: This post was supposed to go live on Sunday, but I had ongoing internet issues. Comcast is the WORST! Absolutely unreliable and I plan to cancel my service soon. As such, my Father’s Day post is a bit belated.
Greetings, my faithful friends and followers. I must apologize for my absence, but life got busy (again!). Adding to the delay was a technical issue that briefly took my website offline. I didn’t even realize my website was offline until a few days ago when I tried to update it and couldn’t get in. It was the worst feeling; my heart sank.
