Lizzy’s Latest – Vince Camuto Solter Booties
Last Saturday, the weather was partly sunny, around 58 degrees, and with a breeze. It was perfect weather for wearing booties. With the cooler temps, I paired them with a long-sleeved plaid top cinched with a belt and cords. Both top and pants are from Ann Taylor Loft.
I wanted a rural setting with unpaved roads and a farm-like feel for this photo shoot. So, we chose the Dr. Mudd House Museum in Southern Maryland. If you’re interested and/or curious, I will have a post and pictures of this historical landmark next week on the blog.
My dad and I took a tour of the house. There was a lot of standing and walking as well as going upstairs and downstairs. I was quite impressed with how comfortable these booties remained throughout the one hour plus tour and the photo shoot afterwards.
As you can see from the pics, this boot is so pretty to admire! I am so in love with the details of this bootie. The wrap-around straps and decorative strings add amazing texture and interest while the approximately 4-inch stiletto heels amplify the sexiness of this boot.
I purchased mine is spiced wine, the color of Fall 2015! This shade is popping up everywhere and goes well with virtually all skin tones. And, if more traditional colors are preferred, this bootie also comes in black and brown. 🙂
The shoe is still available at Macy’s and is currently on sale. A quick internet search for “Vince Camuto Solter Booties” will bring up more results as well.
If you’re searching for a new Fall boot, I highly recommend these booties. They are absolutely gorgeous, especially in the spiced wine color. I wore mine with cords in this shoot, but they would also look fabulous paired with jeans, leggings, and skirts. Truly, the sky is the limit with these great fall boots! 🙂
Style with a smile!
